I had a wonderful experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff, especially Anwar, at the reception were very kind and friendly. They offered me tea, coffee, and water upon check-in and check-out, which was a lovely touch. The room I stayed in, Room 105, was incredibly spacious and had all the basic facilities I needed. The shower, although without an enclosure, had two nice shower heads and good water pressure. The hotel also provided generous amounts of water in the mini fridge, which I found to be a rare and thoughtful gesture. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided a peaceful night's sleep. I was impressed by the enhanced comfort and quality services offered at this hotel.

Despite a few minor issues, such as the curtains not fully closing to block out light, I still found the room to be comfortable. The hotel's central location was a major plus, with on-street parking available nearby.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas trip. Being in the heart of the city allowed us to walk to many nearby restaurants and shops. The clean and cozy rooms were an added bonus, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a fridge. We also enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant.

We were disappointed that only cash payments were accepted and no breakfast was offered. , the lack of basic cutlery in the kitchen made it difficult to prepare simple meals.
